Black leather parade saddle with silver decoration, and an inscribed silver plaque on the back of the cantle that reads "CAPT. W. W. STERLING / TEXAS RANGER". Silver inlay of a star and horse head on the side of the saddle and silver stirrups, image of a man in the leather skirt. Made by S. D. Myres Saddle of El Paso, TX circa 1928. |
