Trousers to a Japanese Police Officer's Uniform given to Capt Bruce Casteel by Japanese Police Officer Masayuki Okazawa on June 16, 1993 as a part of his trip to Texas in June 1993. Navy blue wool trouser with cotton lined waist and pockets and silk (or satin) lining 1/2 way down the inside of the leg (front only) with zipper front, 2 button back pockets, 2 hip pockets and a button and hook waist.
