Winchester Repeating Arms Model 1866 carbine, Third Model 1866; .44 cal. carbine; Manufactured in 1868. Special engraving with "fancy" wood. One one side there is an engraved bear and an elk . On the other is a deer that is laying on the ground and a bear with a cub. Each animal is located in a separate area. There is a lanyard ring on one side of the rifle; two barrel bands; deluxe wood on buttstock and fore-end; round barrel; lever action. S/N 161102 |
