Tear Gas Billy club with leather strap. Item #3927 made by Federal Labortories, Inc. Pittsburg PA, USA, Patent dates Sept 15, 1925; Dec. 15, 1925; Dec. 29, 1925. Issued to Texas Ranger C. J. "Buster" Collins while he was in the Texas Highway Patrol, 1970s. He later served in the Texas Rangers, then passed the club on to his son Jeff Collins who was also a Texas Ranger. |
