Bronze on wooden base, portrait of Captain Leander McNelly holding a gun and wearing a long coat, vest, shirt, badge, belt , two revolvers (one in front of pants and one in holster at right side), boots with spurs and a double barrel shotgun. On the front of the bronze base reads "Texas Ranger Hall of Fame" and on right side reads "Copyright Al Maire 1989". Wooden base is scratched on top and has an engraved plate which reads, "Captain Leander McNelly/Texas Rangers/by Alan Maire" |
