Description |
Remington Model 8, semi-automatic rifle, one small sling underneath the barrel, handcarved initials "RL" on the right butt stock. Also has a scabbard which contains a sock & blood-stained cloth. See folder for information. Used by a Ranger in the Bonnie & Clyde shootout in 1934. S/N 63571. "WZ" on left side of barrel indicates manufacture date of August, 1931. |
