Notes	Max Womack joined the Texas DPS in 1951 with the Texas Highway Patrol. He promoted to the Rangers in 1969 and served in Company B, Atlanta, TX. He served as a Private and specialized in fingerprint identification. He was famous for his undercover work in the gambling rings of East Texas and investigated numerous murder cases in the surrounding areas and states. He retired from the Rangers in 1988 and then worked as an Investigator for the Cass County District Attorney's Office.
