Notes	George Turner joined the Texas DPS in 1973 with the Texas Highway Patrol. He promoted to the Texas Rangers in 1985, attaining the rank of Lieutenant and serving in Companies A, B, and F, in Houston, Fort Worth, Cleburne, and Waco. His Ranger specializations included firearms instructor, blood spatter analysis, and interrogation. Turner retired from the Rangers in 2009, and then became an Investigator for the Hood County District Attorney's Office, and Johnson County Cold Case Squad.
