Notes	Thelbert Millsap served in the US Army before joined the Texas DPS in 1968 with the Texas Highway Patrol. He promoted to the Rangers in 1992, serving in Companies C and F, in Garland and Stephenville. He attained the rank of Sergeant, and eventually retired from the Rangers in 1997.
