Notes	George Frasier was born October 2, 1938 in Gorman, Texas to JD Frasier and Annie (Keese) Frasier. He grew up in Odessa, where his father worked in the oil fields. He attended Odessa High School, and worked at a service station before attending Odessa Junior College for a time. He worked for the Odessa Police Department for 7 years before joining the Texas Department of Public Safety as a highway patrolman. He was promoted to Texas Ranger in 1974 where he served as a Ranger in Co. "E" until his retirement in 1992. Frasier retired from the Rangers to pursue church ministry, becoming an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene. While a minister, he also served as a chaplain to the Texas Rangers and the Former Texas Ranger Association.
