Birthplace	Holland, Texas
Notes	Brantley Foster joined the Texas DPS in 1965, working in the Narcotics Division and the Texas Highway Patrol. He promoted to the Rangers in 1978, serving in Company B in Mt. Pleasant. He attained the rank of Sergeant and specialized in SWAT and sniper skills. He was involved in the infamous Amy McNiel kidnapping case. He retired from the Rangers in 1993, becoming Chief of Security for Guaranty Bond Banks.
