Matt Andrews joined the Texas DPS in about 1979 with the Texas Highway Patrol. He promoted to the Rangers in 1992, attaining the rank of Sergeant. He retired from the Rangers in 2008, continuing on with a long law enforcement career. He has worked for Brady Police Department, Andrews County Sheriff's Office, and most recently was elected McCulloch County Sheriff. |
