Notes	Alvin Alexis joined the Texas DPS in 1988 with the Texas Highway Patrol, and promoted to the Rangers in 1994. He attained the rank of Major and served in Companies B, C, and F during his tenure. He was also a firearms instructor, and received a letter of commendation from the FBI for his work on public corruption cases. He also worked for Oak Ridge North Police Department, and for corporate security. He retired from the Rangers in 2014.
